How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on method of transportation and location. When an order is placed, the customer will receive an email receipt with a shipping date. If the item is in stock, it typically ships in 24 hours. Once the product is shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information that can be used to see the arrival date. We use USPS and it usually takes 2 to 3 days in the continental US. 

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are based on the customer’s location and preferred method of delivery. Each time an order is placed the consumer will be given delivery options along with pricing that they can choose from. All shipping is free within the continental U.S.

What happens after ordering?

After a person submits an order we immediately start the fulfillment process. First, the consumer will receive an email receipt and an approximate ship date. Next our skilled team carefully packs and prepares the order. Once the item ships, the customer will receive an email confirmation that the product has shipped along with a tracking number.  For whatever reason, if you are not receiving these emails or your product in a timely manner, please email us or contact us through this page.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will not receive an invoice but you will receive a receipt. Since all orders are paid for when the order is processed online we provide a receipt. This email receipt will also include information such as processing time until the product ships, what was purchased, taxes paid, and shipping costs.
