If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please call us at (858) 247-2387 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is to be written clearly on the outside of the package. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We’re sorry, but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us as (858) 247-2387 or firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange.
Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless it is deemed to be defective then Indi Golf will issue a return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. A tracking number will be provided at the time the exchange ships.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
