Warranty
INDI Golf warrants, to the original consumer only, that INDI golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 1 year from the original date of purchase. The consumer must present proof of purchase in the form of a receipt and the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please call us at (760) 825-8249 or email us at info@indigolfclubs.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is to be written clearly on the outside of the package. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We’re sorry, but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
